30-Day Money Back Guarantee

 

We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase.  If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with the item(s) you were bought, you may return it within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery.   We will issue refund within fourteen (14) business days upon receiving your returned item.

 

The item(s) must be returned in good condition.  The refund amount is the article¢s price you paid LESS 8% handling charge.   However, we will offer you a full refund including your shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer defect or our error.

 

Easy Returns


The instructions below are designed to expedite the return.  Each of the steps below must be followed in order for us to provide you with a satisfactory experience.

 

1.         The item(s) must be received by us within 30 days from the date of delivery.

 

2.         Please contact us and we will send you a Return Form. 

 

3.         Please place the return item(s) securely in a package, including all original packaging, accessories, guarantee, original receipt and the completed Return Form.  Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of item(s) shipped back to us.

 

4.         Please return the item(s) to our Main Office.

 

5.         Your return item(s) must be delivered to us by DHL/FedEx/UPS in one single shipment.  Please obtain a receipt for any packages shipped back to us and keep a copy of the tracking number. 

 

6.         We do NOT accept ¡§Receiver Pay Shipment¡¨.  Please prepay all shipping cost.

 

When all of these conditions are satisfied, we will refund your order value less 8% handling charge.  We will be responsible for the cost of shipping the replaced item(s) back to our customers.  We will not issue any refunds for returns that do not satisfy all of the conditions indicated above. 

 

We are not responsible for any loss or damage if you ship your return item(s) without using DHL/FedEx/UPS. 

 

Refunds are processed within fourteen (14) business days of our receipt of your purchase.  Your refund will be credited back to the same credit card used to make the original purchase or T/T back to your bank account.  


Undeliverable Packages

 

Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a refund (excluding 8% handling charges).

 

We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order on our Web site.

 

Non-refundable Items


Unfortunately, the following items are non-refundable even if returned within the time limits.

 

1.               Any items that are defaced or physically damaged by customers.  We reserve the right to check the conditions of the returned items before issuing a refund.

 

2.               We have not received the item(s) within 30 days from the date of delivery.

 

3.               Any items returned without the original packaging, accessories, guarantee or the Return Form.

 

4.               Engraving items

 

5.               Any items under US$50

 

6.               Wholesale items

 

7.               Special order items

 

Choice of Law

 

Customers and Supreme Gems & Gold agree that this policy will be governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.  If any disputes arise regarding your claims and your use of this web site, such disputes shall be resolved according to the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.  If any part of this policy becomes null and void, the rest parts will remain effective.
